2. Add lubricating oil to the system on time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

3. Check whether the bolts are loose and solve them in time.

4. The solution tank inside the dosing machine equipment is very easy to accumulate dirt and should be cleaned in time.

5. After the system is installed, try not to move it to avoid problems.

6. If the automatic dosing machine is unavailable for a long time, we must first clean it and then disconnect the power supply.

7. The pipelines of the dosing equipment should be unobstructed at all times. Safety inspections should be carried out from time to time on the connection parts of the equipment, filtering devices, inlets, outlets, etc. to observe whether there is deposited matter in this area and should be cleaned in time.

8. Regularly check whether the metering pump inlet is blocked, and clean the pipelines and filtering devices regularly to prevent blockage.

9. Regularly check the mixing device of the dosing machine to see whether the mixing shaft rotates flexibly, whether the impeller is twisted and deformed, and whether the coupling sleeve is loose to avoid excessive shaft torque and consuming mixing power. If there is any damage, replace it in time.

10. Safety inspections should be carried out regularly on the pressure relief valve, pressure gauge and pipeline valves of the automatic dosing machine to avoid leaks. The backup pump and the operating pump should be used alternately to avoid long-term activation or deactivation of the same pump.
