1) Adjust the position of the nozzle of the spray plate

Change the spout plate part of the lubrication system into a small tooth inspection hole, and make an intersection angle of 35 degrees with the small tooth work surface, and the straight-line distance is between 150 mm and 200 mm. After the spout part of the lubrication system is adjusted according to the above, the transmission The gears are well lubricated, and the floating oil is transferred to the large gear according to the meshing between the transmission gears, effectively preventing damage caused by insufficient oil in the transmission gears.

2) Change the spray target to spray tines

The damage between transmission gears is mutual. In the automatic lubrication system, even if the journal strength of the transmission gear is higher than that of the large gear, the damage of the small teeth may exceed that of the large gear. Generally, the journal failure occurs first with the transmission gear, and then interferes. When it comes to the large gear, this is because the key point is that the efficiency of the small gear is nearly ten times faster than that of the large gear, and the working frequency is also l0 times higher than that of the large gear. Therefore, if you want to give the large gear more maintenance, you need to start from the small gear. Starting with the teeth, spraying small teeth is a good choice.

The above method will not reduce the floating oil on the large gear due to spraying the small teeth, because during the gearing process, the floating oil has already been transmitted to the large gear through the small teeth, and the floating oil on the surface of the large gear during operation will Not only a lot, but also a lot attached to the meshing angle, waiting to enter the mesh.
