1. Weight sensor
Use a weight sensor with good linear shape and add pre-pressure to make the sensor work in the linear area.
2. Speed sensor
The speed sensor uses a sensor without boundary effects. Photoelectric sensors are better and can avoid interference.
3. Scale frame
The scale frame of the electronic belt scale should be as long as possible, stable in the weighing section, and the force transmission is linear. It should be calibrated as much as possible during assembly and should be cleaned frequently during use to prevent dust collection from interfering with the tare weight change.
4, roller
Try to use rollers with flexible rotation and small vibration, and each set of rollers should be as uniform as possible.
5. Transmission belt
The thickness and width of the belt of the electronic belt scale should be as uniform as possible, and the connectors should not be made of metal as much as possible to reduce the change in tare weight.
6. Data signal route
The data signal lines of the electronic belt scale weight sensor and speed sensor should use shielded twisted pairs to reduce interference.
