The power lines of heavy sensors and displacement sensors should be shielded transmission lines with a thickness of more than 1.0 mm2. Electrical equipment wiring of electronic belt scales cannot use ordinary copper wires. Shield transmission lines should be shielded by metal protective tubes or company-made materials if possible. The shielding layer of the metal wire trough, the signal shielding transmission line of the weight sensor and the displacement sensor should be connected to a single-ended grounding device, such as the instrument panel chassis or the sensor switching power supply ground. If several instrument panels are installed together, the same Voltage, the same type of traces are put together and routed together.

Power lines and power lines with different voltages for electronic belt scales, and switching I\/O lines should be laid separately and avoided as much as possible. If electrical equipment such as instrument panels and frequency converters are installed in the same control box, it is recommended that the instrument panel switch power supply be placed behind it. 1-stage filter, the closer the filter is to the instrument panel, the better. When several instrument panels are installed together, the instrument panel power supply can be connected in parallel and then connected to the output of the filter. Add 1-stage high-frequency filtering before and after the frequency converter. The filter can reduce the interference to other facilities. The filter can be made by using a large magnetic ring. Four power cords can be rotated in the same direction on the magnetic ring for 3-5 turns. In addition, the I\/O power cords of the inverter should be twisted together. And use 4-wire wiring, and the three output power lines of the inverter cannot be connected to the terminal blocks through different channels.
