1. Tank sampler

The Zd-cs automatic pulp mining machine is a fully automated machine composed of a steel shell (customers can use rubber lining according to needs), mechanical structural parts, sampling tubes, slide rails, motors, control boxes, etc. Under normal operation conditions , the motor is turned on by the control panel and pushes the screw nut to block the iron ore sample.

The Zd-cs automatic pulp collecting machine adopts Siemens PLC controller and has complete functions. The sampling time can be set at will in the office or on site, and can also be operated on time by the control panel.

When installing the automatic sampler, the pipes need to be lowered in the front, rear, left and right.

2. Pipe sampler

zd-DN paper pulp automatic sampler adopts steel shell (plastic lining), stainless steel sampling tube, voltage stabilizing tube, guide, electrical equipment and mechanical structure system according to the user's needs, and the intelligent control system is installed by itself. It usually does not operate by sampling. The bottom end of the sampling tube shell controlled by intelligent electronics guides the sealant inside, so there is no resistance to the paper pulp, and the sampling tube itself has almost no wear, and the sampling tube must not leak or close.

install:

After the automatic sampler is installed, the adjustment and commissioning of the device must be carried out according to the wiring requirements and verified to be correct. Manual turning, the sampling spoon should be easily moved to the middle position, and then turn off the main switch, and the display will appear. When the light is on, the PLC system controls the power switch in the operating position. After the motor is running, the sampling spoon should then run in a direction away from the transmission mechanism (motor), or stand aside from the motor. The motor should move counterclockwise. Otherwise, connect the two cables of the motor power switch. When adjusting the motor wiring, be sure to wait until the power is out for 5 minutes and the inverter power indicator light goes out. After adjusting the position, you can put it into trial operation.
