Assembly steps:

1. Digital display telephone extension and start\/stop sensor assembly:

Keep the distance between the telephone extension and the weight sensor within 5 meters.

Carry out correct wiring according to any required wiring method.

Connect the power plug of the electronic belt scale telephone extension to the on-site uninterruptible power switch power supply terminal.

Connect the power cord of the scale weight sensor to the terminal block of the intrinsically safe power box as shown in the figure.

Clamp the start\/stop sensor to any live and neutral wires of the driving force line of the transmission belt motor, and connect the power cord to the terminal block of the intrinsically safe power box.

2. Assembly of weight sensor parts

Scrape up the large transmission belt, put the weighing frame of the belt scale into the fixed bracket of the large transmission belt, and fix the front weighing bar and rear fixed bearing with a series of screws.

The upper and lower U-shaped pendants and universal joints of the weight sensor are respectively fixed to the weighing frame and the weighing crossbar to adjust the upper and lower balance.

3. Electrical connection inspection

After the mine electronic belt scale is assembled, check the wiring again against the electrical wiring diagram. After ensuring that all parts are assembled and the wiring is accurate, power can be connected (AC220V is sent to the industrial control host and AC220V is sent to the digital display telephone extension).
