1. Original medicine warehouse

The capacity of the original medicine bin of the automatic ball-adding machine is initially designed to be 2 cubic meters. The medicines are manually disassembled and stored in the original medicine warehouse. However, the powdery medicines may agglomerate when they come into contact with the air and have a paste-like consistency. The vibrating feeder is lifted outside the original medicine warehouse. When poor fluidity of the medicine is detected, the system automatically turns on the vibrating feeder to ensure stable transportation of the medicine.

2. Drug transportation

Powdered drugs: Powdered drugs are transported by measuring screws.

Paste drugs: Paste drugs can be transported using a measuring twin-screw extruder.

This type of transportation method is widely used for the transportation of rubber, and has a measurement function that can immediately provide measurement data signals to the control panel.

3. Preparation of water source

When the automatic ball-adding mechanism draws water from the high-level water tank, it is adjusted by the electric execution valve in conjunction with the turbine flowmeter.

The turbine flowmeter feeds back the real-time water flow data signal to the control board. After calculation and processing, the control board controls the corresponding opening of the electric execution valve according to the 4-20mA current signal to achieve the required water volume. It will automatically exit when the required water volume is reached. The electric regulating valve waits for the next preparation to be activated.

When the water source is produced and transported by a water pump, the electromagnetic flowmeter cooperates with the frequency converter to adjust the speed of the water pump to adjust the water volume.

The electromagnetic flowmeter feeds back the real-time water flow data signal to the control board. After calculation and processing, the control board converts the required speed ratio signal into a 4-20mA current signal and sends it to the frequency converter, and then adjusts the water volume by adjusting the speed ratio of the water pump as When the required amount of water is reached, the speed of the water pump is automatically reduced to 0 and waits for the next production call.

4. Water source heating

It takes a while to heat the water source, and in the preparation of drugs, it needs to be heated quickly to save the time of drug preparation. The better way is to use a spiral heater. During the transportation of the water source, the transportation pipeline becomes Spiral type, so the transportation process becomes longer and the transportation pipeline becomes narrower, which is conducive to rapid heating.

During the transportation of the automatic ball adding machine, the temperature sensor detects the temperature signal in real time and sends the signal to the control board in real time. The control board controls the power (or start and stop) of the spiral heater to achieve a constant temperature effect.
