(1) The uncertainty of the recoverable reserves of the automatic ball adding machine due to production and processing needs is very large, and the daily processing capacity changes greatly. When the mining reserves change, the manual ball-adding method will be difficult to add balls according to the ball consumption ratio specified in the processing technology. (3) It is difficult for manpower to add steel balls on time, which will lead to a reduction in the grinding efficiency or consumption of steel balls at this stage. Take the main grinding of a system as an example:
Example 1: At 8 o'clock in the morning, the amount of steel balls for the current team is added to the mill at one time. The next shift should add steel balls to the mill again at 16 o'clock to ensure the grinding efficiency of the mill. However, due to other constraints As a result, the 16 o'clock team adds steel balls one hour or even more than two hours late, so the grinding efficiency will decrease during the vacant time here.
Example 2: The automatic ball adding machine adds the amount of steel balls for the current team into the mill at 11 o'clock at noon, and the next shift adds the amount of steel balls for the current team into the mill at 16 o'clock. It is not difficult to see the two teams. The interval between two ball additions is 5 hours. Based on the ball consumption ratio, the two teams are in a state of repeatedly adding balls for 3 hours, which in turn results in steel ball consumption.
