Various dispensing methods of automatic dosing machine

The independent addition of drugs requires different types of automatic dosing machines to be selected based on the type of drug, the dosage and whether it is measured and tested. The common drug delivery methods in China's mineral processing plants are:

(1) Autonomous addition of small amounts of drugs for detection. The amount of medicine is as small as tens of grams per minute. The general steam flow meter is not suitable for the measurement of this kind of flow. According to the principle of the overflow valve steam flow meter, the substance can be used. The potential pressure steam flowmeter constitutes a testing device to measure the flow rate of the drug, and the automatic dosing device uses a single-pulse power circuit to control the switch relay to add the drug.

(2) Quantitative analysis of the independent drug dispensing machine. The drug dispensing range is 3.0-3000mL\/min, and the control deviation is ±3 percentage, such as adding 2 oil, butyrate, kerosene and other common drugs. The automatic dosing machine is based on the PLC control system Professional, it can be expanded to more than 200, and the software can be used to remotely operate time constants and automatically add drugs. It can be widely used in mineral processing, flotation reagents, extraction and other processes that require quantitative analysis of the addition of liquid drugs.

(3) Lime adding equipment. The lime added by the automatic dosing machine to adjust the pH value of flotation reagents in China has always been a problem in most mineral processing plants in China. The important reasons are: lime contains high impurities, is easy to form calcium, and has poor fluidity. The corrosion is large. Most mineral processing plants choose to add artificially, which not only consumes a lot of lime powder and pollutes the air, but also the PH value cannot be efficiently controlled, which damages the flotation reagent indicators.
