Several dosing methods of automatic dosing machine
The automatic addition of medicines depends on the type of medicine, the dosage and whether to measure and detect different types of automatic dosing machines. Common dosing methods in domestic mineral processing plants are:
(1) Small-measurement detection and automatic addition of medicines. The dosage of medicines is as small as tens of grams per minute, and ordinary steam flow meters are not suitable for accurate measurement of total flow rates such as steam flow meters. The basic concept of throttle valve steam flow meters can be used , use a level pressure steam flow meter to form a detection device to accurately measure this kind of flow of drugs, and use a single-pulse power circuit to automatically switch the relay to add the drug according to the dosing equipment.
(2) Quantitative analysis of the automatic dosing machine. The dosing range is 3.0-3000ml\/minute, and the control deviation is ±3 percentage, such as adding 2 oil, butyrate, kerosene and other common drugs. The dosing machine is based on PLC control professional , can be expanded to more than 200, and the system can remotely control the fixed value and automatically add drugs. It can be commonly used in mineral processing, flotation reagents, extraction and other production processes that require quantitative analysis of the addition of liquid drugs.
(3) Hydrated lime addition equipment. The slaked lime added by the automatic dosing machine to adjust the pH of flotation agents in China has always troubled most of the domestic mineral processing plants. The main reasons are: hydrated lime contains high impurities, is easy to form calcium, has poor fluidity, and is corrosive. Large. Most mineral processing plants choose manual addition, which not only consumes a lot of quicklime powder and pollutes the air, but also cannot achieve efficient pH control, which damages the flotation reagent indicators.
