(1) Due to the great uncertainty in the amount of ore input required for manufacturing, the daily output can vary greatly, and can exceed 2,500 T\/D or be less than 1,500 T\/D. When the input When the amount of ore changes, the manual ball adding method cannot add balls according to the ball consumption ratio specified by the process. The ball consumption ratio will not reach the ball consumption ratio specified by the process, which will affect the grinding efficiency or exceed the ball consumption ratio. (2) There is no accurate information basis for manual ball addition, and there is no accurate statistical analysis of the current usage of bearing steel balls. There is a situation of adding less and adding more.

(3) Manpower cannot ensure that the bearing steel balls are added on time, thus resulting in reduced grinding efficiency or bearing steel ball consumption within the current time range. Take the main grinding of a system as an example:

Example 1: Add the current amount of bearing steel balls into the ball mill of the automatic ball adding machine at one time at 8 o'clock in the morning. Generally, the bearing steel balls should be added to the ball mill again at 16 o'clock to ensure the grinding efficiency of the ball mill. Due to the influence of other factors, the 16 o'clock team is late to add the bearing steel balls for more than 1 hour or even 2 hours, so the grinding efficiency during this gap time will be somewhat reduced.

Example 2: At 11 o'clock in the afternoon, the amount of bearing steel balls for the current group is added into the ball mill at one time, and then at 16 o'clock, the amount of bearing steel balls for the current group is usually added into the ball mill. It is not difficult to see that 2 groups 2 The time interval between adding balls is 5 hours. Based on the ball consumption ratio, it is calculated that the two teams have been repeatedly adding balls for 3 hours, which in turn causes the consumption of bearing steel balls.

(4) When the ball mill is operating normally, the effective friction between the bearing steel ball and the bearing steel ball, the bearing steel ball and the iron ore, and the bearing steel ball and the lining plate will cause the wear to expand and make the large ball mill small (grinding is Medium ball), the medium ball mill is a round ball. The bearing steel balls in the ball mill of the automatic ball adding machine are constantly worn out during operation. After adding all the bearing steel balls of the current team into the ball mill at one time, the bearing steel balls are in the ball mill. At the same time, it is worn. The better way to add balls is also based on the ore. Changes in ball quantity and ball consumption ratio will change the amount of balls added in real time.
