According to structural characteristics and application locations, samplers can be divided into three types: container (car, train) sampling equipment, pipeline sampling machines and transmission belt sampling equipment.

The coal sample according to the reduction enters the sample collector, and the unnecessary coal sample is returned to the vehicle by the remaining coal processing system or directly returned to the coal plant.

Pipeline sampling machine. This equipment is usually installed on the outer wall of the pipeline. It is mainly used to select a sufficient amount of fluid items from the pipeline as test samples. There are piston machines, spiral machines, tube-type machines, etc.. They are more commonly used for particles. Sampling of materials, slurries or small particles.

The transmission belt sampling equipment consists of a middle (overhead) sampling machine, a crusher, a feeding belt conveyor, a divider, a sample collector, a waste material return system and an automatic control system.
