Several dosing methods for automatic dosing machines

The automatic addition of medicines uses different types of automatic dosing machines based on the type of medicine, the amount of medicine and whether it is measured and tested. The common dosing methods of dosing machines in domestic mineral processing plants are:

(1) Automatic addition of small-measurement detection of medicines. The dosage of medicine is as small as tens of grams per minute. General natural gas flow meters are not suitable for the precise measurement of natural gas flow meters. Based on the basic concept of overflow valve natural gas flow meters, The level pressure natural gas flow meter is used to form a testing device to accurately measure the flow rate of the drug, and the pulse circuit is used to control the switch solenoid valve of the dosing device to add the drug.

(2) Qualitative analysis of the automatic dosing machine. The dosing range is 3.0-2000mL\/min, and the control error is ±3 percentage, such as adding 2 oils, butyrate, gasoline and other general drugs. The dosing machine is based on a professional PLC control system It is flexible, can be expanded to more than 150, and is a system that can automatically add drugs with remote operation time constants. It can be widely used in flotation reagents in mineral processing plants, purification and other production processes that require qualitative analysis of the addition of liquid drugs.

(3) Lime adding equipment. Automatic dosing machine. Nowadays, the lime added to adjust the pH value of flotation reagents in China has always been a problem in most domestic mineral processing plants. The main reason is: lime contains high impurities and is easy to form calcium. It has poor fluidity and high corrosion. Most mineral processing plants use artificial addition, which not only consumes a lot of quicklime powder and causes air pollution, but also the PH value cannot be reasonably controlled, affecting the flotation reagent indicators.
