The dosing machine is based on PLC The control system technology can be expanded to more than 150, and the system can be remotely operated to set the value and automatically add drugs. It can be widely used in mineral processing and flotation reagents, extraction and other production processes that require quantitative analysis to add liquid drugs.

(3) Hydrated lime adding equipment. The automatic dosing machine is currently used in China to adjust the PH value of flotation reagents. The hydrated lime added has always puzzled most mineral processing plants in China. The important reasons are: hydrated lime contains high impurities, is easy to form calcium, and has poor fluidity. , the corrosion is large. Most mineral processing plants choose to add artificially, which not only consumes a lot of quicklime powder and pollutes the air, but also cannot achieve efficient control of the PH value, harming the flotation reagent indicators.
