Several dosing methods for automatic dosing machines

The automatic addition of drugs depends on the type of drug, the amount of drug required and whether to measure and detect different types of automatic dosing machines. The common forms of dosing in China's mineral processing plants are:

(1) Small-measurement detection and automatic addition of medicines. The demand for medicines is as small as tens of grams per minute, and ordinary steam flowmeters are not suitable for accurate measurement of this type of flow. Based on the basic principles of throttle valve steam flowmeters, A level pressure steam flow meter is used to form a detection device to accurately measure this flow rate of drugs, and the automatic dosing device uses a single-pulse power circuit to automatically switch the relay to add the drug.

(2) Quantitative automatic dosing machine. The dosing range is 3.0-2000ml\/min, and the control error is ±3%, such as adding 2 oil, diacetate, kerosene and other common drugs. The dosing machine is based on PLC control technology. It can be expanded to a little more than 200 to realize remote control of fixed value and automatic adding of drugs. It can be widely used in mineral processing, flotation reagents, extraction and other production processes that require quantitative analysis of the addition of liquid drugs.

(3) Lime adding device. Automatic dosing machine. Nowadays, the lime added to adjust the pH of flotation reagents in China has always troubled most mineral processing plants in China. The important reasons are: lime contains high impurities, is easy to form calcium, and has poor fluidity. Erosion is large. Most mineral processing plants choose to add artificially, which not only consumes a lot of quicklime powder and pollutes the air, but also cannot achieve efficient pH control, affecting the flotation reagent indicators.
