Operation process of automatic dosing machine

Different PLC automatic dosing machine control systems may have some ingress and egress during use. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions. This mainly deals with the three-slot integrated dosing equipment.

1. Connect the power supply, pipelines, and water resources to achieve basic intelligent security.

2. Switch the metering pump of the dosing pump, the water inlet solenoid valve, the dissolution tank mixer, and the connecting valve between the original solution tank and the dissolution tank to the "remote control" position. Adjust the stroke rate of the on-site metering pump.

3. Use your hand to rotate the housing float up and down one by one to see if it can send a signal normally, and then check whether the level alarm in the silo can work normally.

4. Return to the central control, click to view the "Dosing System" interface, and at the same time manually control the output times of the metering pump.

5. Open the water inlet valve and press the start button of the feeding motor to start feeding. After 1 minute of operation, the feeding will stop.

6. Observe the liquid level gauge. When the liquid level gauge reaches the required height of the original diluent, turn off the water inlet solenoid valve and turn off the mixer. Click on the liquid outlet valve icon of the dissolving tank, open the liquid outlet valve, and add the liquid automatically. At the same time, click the metering pump icon to turn on the metering pump. Pay attention to the liquid level gauge and flow meter. When the liquid level is too low, turn off the metering pump in sequence and close the liquid outlet valve.

7. Weigh the polymer mass in the container and keep records.

8. Terminate the feeder.

10. Turn the control switch in the electric control box to the "auto" position.

11. When the liquid level reaches a high level, the feeder should be able to stop on its own, and at the same time stop water inflow, open the metering pump (or open the drain ball valve of the liquid storage chamber). When the liquid level reaches a low level, the feeder should be able to Open the feed material and add water by yourself.

12. The automatic dosing machine adjusts the stroke of the metering pump to the appropriate point, and then it can enter the automatic operation state.
