Application standards:

The automatic slurry sampler is an electromechanical integrated automatic equipment consisting of a pipeline cover (special structure), a piston machine sampling spoon, a sampling tube, a sealing guide component, a power transmission device and an electrical control part.

The main slurry flow of normal production, without any headroom loss, is introduced from the channel and flows in the casing in the direction of the arrow. When not sampling, the power transmission device is controlled by the electronic control panel. According to the lifting plate, the sampling tube and spoon are placed underneath. At the dead point, the sampling port of the sampling spoon is completely closed to ensure that no slurry leaks out.

When the set sampling time comes, the control panel sends out instructions, and the power transmission device works automatically. According to the lifting pole, the sampling tube and the sampling spoon are evenly pulled up. At this time, the sampling spoon completely removes the main slurry flow in the tube. Cut the section and take it out according to the sampling tube to achieve automatic and accurate sampling.
