(1),Equipment composition and function

The dosing machine consists of a regulating host, a pulsating dosing metering pump, an air supply system and related accessories.

The dosing machine host also has the ability to automatically accumulate the action frequency of the diaphragm and the action frequency of the electromagnetic reversing valve, and display it on the touch screen. Check the high and low liquid levels of the medicine storage tank, and there will be an automatic audible and visual alarm if the limit is exceeded.

(2), Principle of dosage adjustment

The key component of the dosing machine is the pulsating dosing metering pump. The principle of the pulsating dosing metering pump is the same as that of the mechanical diaphragm metering pump. After the dosing metering pump is made, the stroke of the diaphragm is determined, and the diaphragm moves once The volume change in the pump chamber is certain, and the PLC automatically calculates the action frequency based on the required dosing amount, and then adjusts the action frequency of the pulsating dosing metering pump to adjust the flow rate.

The adjustment schematic diagram of the pulsating dosing metering pump is also similar to the pneumatic diaphragm pump, but the pneumatic diaphragm pumps currently on the market are based on adjusting the air supply.

The flow rate is adjusted by the pressure. When the pressure is too high, the frequency of the diaphragm's reciprocating action will be faster, and the flow rate of the pump will be greater. On the contrary, the flow rate will be smaller. In actual applications, there is no available conversion formula between pressure and flow rate. , so it is difficult to accurately adjust the flow rate according to the pressure. In addition, when pumping the same flow rate of liquid, the air consumption of the pneumatic diaphragm pump on the market far exceeds that of the new pulsating dosing metering pump, so its energy consumption is low.
